New Residential Projects In Downtown Durham For 2018
Downtown Durham is a HOT Real Estate Market! If you live around the Durham area this is something that you have noticed over the last 5-10 years. 2016 and 2017 has seen values in the downtown area explode in price and location. The city center has always been a block to block, house to house type market and this concept continues to expand to the east. Values of homes East of Alston Avenue have risen and investors have taken notice. You can't seem to drive down a street in East Durham and not see a construction dumpster or a renovated home.
